Swingheaven Tree Service connects homeowners in Green, OH and the Green area with independent tree removal providers. That is the whole job. We do not cut, climb, haul or grind. The provider does all of that.
The name on the truck that arrives belongs to the provider. Their quote, schedule and work are theirs.

How Providers Are Matched
Matching starts with three details: your address, the type of job, and how urgent it feels. A leaning tree over a driveway is not the same as a stump in the back yard.
We then send the request to a provider in our network who serves your area and handles that type of work. Availability varies, so a match is not a promise of a fixed time. The provider contacts you to confirm details.

What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Respond to homeowner requests politely and clearly
- Explain the plan before work starts
- Give a quote in writing
- Carry their own licensing and insurance where local rules require it
- Respect the property, the neighbors and the schedule agreed
Homeowners should still confirm these items directly. Ask to see proof of insurance before you agree to anything.
What We Do Not Do
Swingheaven Tree Service does not perform tree work. We do not set prices, supervise the job or settle disputes between you and a provider. We also do not make insurance decisions. Some policies may cover sudden damage from storms, so check your policy. Many providers can help document damage for a claim.
Our role ends once you and the provider are talking.
How the Service Is Paid For
Sending a request to Swingheaven Tree Service carries no obligation. You pay the provider for the work, at the price in your written quote. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee to Swingheaven Tree Service for connecting them with homeowners. That fee is a business arrangement between us and the provider, and it does not change the quote you are given.
Costs in General Terms
Prices vary with tree size, access, nearby structures and cleanup. As a rough U.S. range, small trees may run a few hundred dollars, while large or hazardous removals can cost well over a thousand. Treat these as general figures. Only a written quote reflects your job.
