Disclaimer: What This Site Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use swingheaven.homes. It is a general template and not legal advice.

A Referral Service Only

Swingheaven Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not fell trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps, or trim branches. Any work on your property is done by an independent provider, never by Swingheaven Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected to a provider does not mean we endorse them. We give no warranty on the quality, timing, cost, or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, and conduct.

Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance, or financial advice. Every tree and property is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Prices shown on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real costs depend on the job, the location, tree size, access, and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your coverage.

Safety First

Tree work and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood, and weakened structures. Do not take risks. Keep well back from downed lines and report them to your utility company. If life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Swingheaven Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or without errors.
